In this case you need to manually synchronize the node with Deployment Manager/NDM.
Go to node bin directory and run the following command. Please make sure nodeagent and node is stopped.
syncNode.sh 'deployment Manager Host Name' 'soap Connector Port-8879' -username wasadmin -password 'password'
Start nodeagent and see if the synchronization status is green. Then start the node.
